Job Title: Accountant Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India

Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Accountant Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Assist in tax preparation, filing, and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Provide support for financial planning and analysis activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant Executive or in a similar accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry is preferred.
